Cancellation & Refund Policy – Heaven and Hill Co. Jibhi

At Heaven and Hill Co., Jibhi, we strive to provide our guests with the best experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before making a booking.

1. Cancellation by Guest

• 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund, excluding payment processing fees.

• 4 to 6 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

• 72 hours or less before check-in: No refund will be provided.

2. No-show Policy

• If a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

3. Early Departure

• If a guest decides to shorten their stay after check-in, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Guests can request a one-time date change at least 7 days before check-in, subject to availability.

• If the rescheduled date has a higher price, the guest must pay the difference.

• No date changes will be allowed within 72 hours of check-in.

5. Cancellation by Heaven and Hill Co.

• In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, operational issues). In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule their stay at no extra cost.

6. Refund Processing

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

• Any transaction or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
