1. Cancellation by Guest
7 days or more before check-in: Full refund, excluding payment processing fees.
4 to 6 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
72 hours or less before check-in: No refund will be provided.
2. No-show Policy
If a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Early Departure
If a guest decides to shorten their stay after check-in, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Guests can request a one-time date change at least 7 days before check-in, subject to availability.
If the rescheduled date has a higher price, the guest must pay the difference.
No date changes will be allowed within 72 hours of check-in.
5. Cancellation by Heaven and Hill Co.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, operational issues). In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule their stay at no extra cost.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
Any transaction or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
